Now Open: Café Yumm! in Idaho

Café Yumm! is now open in Eagle, Idaho!

Hello, Idaho! We’re happy to announce that the first Café Yumm! restaurant in the great Gem State is now open. Visit us in Eagle to try our famous Yumm! Bowls® layered with organic beans and rice, our signature Yumm! Sauce®, and deluxe toppings. You can also find all-natural chicken, soups, salads, and wraps on the menu with vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options.

The uniquely Northwest menu is prepared fresh and FAST featuring organic and sustainably sourced ingredients. Enjoy lunch and dinner with dine-in, drive-thru, and take-out 7 days a week. The new restaurant located in the Bridges at Lakemoor shopping center is testing a new kid’s menu. The restaurant will also add take-out catering by spring. Our fan-favorite Yumm! Sauce® is also available to go in jars and liters at the restaurant.

Café Yumm! arrives in Idaho thanks to franchisee Rebecca Blewitt’s passion for nourishing meals on the go. “While living in Oregon, I was a busy single mom and Café Yumm! became an important part of my family’s wellness journey. The amazing ingredients, friendly people, and convenience made taking my kids out for a dinner of real, wholesome food fun and easy. We all craved it! When I moved to Idaho, I knew the community would love Café Yumm! too, and I’m so thrilled to finally bring the experience to Eagle.”

Now Open: Café Yumm! in Idaho

The restaurant in Eagle is the first of three Café Yumm! units planned for development in the greater Boise area. It was built with sustainable materials and features cozy booths, outdoor seating with a fire pit, floor-to-ceiling windows facing a scenic pond and waterfalls, and a variety of live indoor plants to complement the warm décor. It’s the perfect spot for easy family meals, post-workout nourishment, or a quick bite and brew after work.

With the opening at Lakemoor, there are now 23 Café Yumm! restaurants across Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. Mark Beauchamp, president and co-founder of Café Yumm!, is happy to welcome the new Eagle location to the system. “When we opened our first restaurant in 1997, the hope was to someday bring Café Yumm! to other cities around the country. It was our desire to introduce sustainable, healthy options that are delicious and unexpected to new communities. Opening our first restaurant in Idaho is a joyous milestone to reach.”
